Common fault analysis of pure water equipment

by:Lvyuan      2022-07-12
Pure water equipment mainly adopts reverse osmosis technology. By applying a certain pressure to the water, the water molecules and ionic mineral elements pass through the reverse osmosis membrane and other filtering devices, while most of the inorganic salts (including heavy metals), organic substances, bacteria, viruses, etc. dissolved in the water are impermeable. Through the reverse osmosis membrane, the permeated pure water and the impermeable concentrated water are strictly separated; the pore size of the reverse osmosis membrane is only 0.0001 microns, while the diameter of viruses is generally 0.02-0.4 microns, and the diameter of ordinary bacteria is 0.4 -1 micron. Analysis of common faults: 1. The high-pressure pump of the pure water treatment equipment does not start and cannot make water 1. Check whether the power is off and whether the plug is plugged in; 2. Check whether the low-voltage switch fails and cannot be connected to the power supply; 3. Check the water pump and transformer Whether there is a short circuit, or the circuit connection of the whole machine is wrong; 4. Check whether the high-voltage switch or water level controller fails and cannot be reset; 5. Check whether the computer box is faulty (referring to the microcomputer type). 2. The high-pressure pump works normally, but cannot make water Blockage (no pure water or waste water or very little waste water); 4. The check valve fails (there is waste water but no pure water); 5. The automatic flushing solenoid valve fails and cannot be effectively closed (it is always in the flushing state); 6. The computer box has The fault cannot close the recoil solenoid valve (it is always in the flushing state); 7. The RO membrane is blocked. 3. The high-pressure pump does not stop 1. The pressure of the high-pressure pump is insufficient and cannot reach the pressure set by the high-pressure; 2. The check valve is blocked, and pure water is not produced; 3. The high-pressure fails and cannot take off. 4. The high-pressure pump stops, but the waste water does not stop. 1. The solenoid valve fails, and the water cannot be effectively cut off; 2. The computer box is faulty, and the solenoid valve cannot be closed (referring to the microcomputer type); 3. The check valve relieves pressure (the flow of waste water is small). 5. After the water is full, the machine jumps repeatedly 1. The raw water pressure is insufficient; 2. The check valve releases the pressure; 3. The high pressure switch or the liquid level switch fails; 4. The system has pressure relief.
