PP CTO UDF Water Micro Filter Cartridge Product Description

PP, CTO, and UDF are key components in water filter cartridge.  PP(Polypropylene) water filter often the first stage, is a spun fiber mesh that traps larger particles like rust, sand, and debris with pore sizes typically between 3-5 microns. CTO (Compressed Carbon Block) filter, usually the second or third stage, is a densely packed activated carbon cartridge. It effectively removes chlorine, bad tastes, odors and fine pores also capture minute impurities. UDF (Granular Activated Carbon) filter, which can be placed before or after CTO depending on the system design, utilizes loose carbon granules to adsorb contaminants and refine water further by eliminating any remaining impurities and odors. Unlike CTO, UDF may have slightly faster flow rates but potentially less consistent filtration due to the movement of carbon particles. Using these PP UDF CTO filters can effectively filter pollutants, improve water quality, and ensure safe drinking.
