Sterilization operation guide

Testing and sterilization methods:

Detect the pressure of the steam supply and the compressed gas, and set them to the value to be determined. At this time, the pressure value should be set between 1.5bar and 2bar.

Open valve a and valve b to purify the steam line until the condensate is completely removed.

Open valves c and d until the condensate is completely discharged.

Slowly open valve c to increase the inflow of steam, and wait 3 to 4 minutes to further heat the PP pleated water filter.

Partially close the exhaust valves b, d, and f to allow the steam containing water droplets to be continuously discharged.

Open valves i and j respectively to establish a steady flow of steam, allowing condensate and air in the filter to escape. At this time, pay attention to the pressure gauges p1 and p2, and keep △p(p1-p2) less than 350mbar during filtration.

Ensure that all air and condensate are effectively discharged through valves b, d, f and valve j. During this process, a continuous stream of steam and water droplets can be seen.

The temperature of the steam flowing downstream in the PP pleated water filter element is measured to reach 121.1℃, and the temperature is ensured to be lower than 128℃, the timer runs, the sterilization time is set at more than 30 minutes, and the pressure and temperature values ??during the period must be detailed. recording.

After the sterilization is completed, close the steam supply channel and open the valve f to pass in compressed air.

After the steam is completely eliminated, close the valves b and d, increase the gas volume of the filter, and maintain the gas flow to make the entire system cool until the pressure temperature gauge shows about 30°C.
