Commonly used cartridge filters can be divided into the following types:

Pp cartridge filter 

Pp filter called pp melt blown filter cartridge, It is fusing and intertwined of polypropylene fiber, fibers randomly forms 3D micron pore structure in space, and the pore size of the pores is distributed along the flow direction of the filtrate, and the pore size of the pores is distributed along the flow direction of the filtrate cartridges fine fibers in surface , coarse fiber and deep filtration to remove impurities of different particle sizes. The filter has a precision range of 0.5-100 um, and its flow rate is 1.5 times or more of the same precision pleated filter. It can be equipped with different types of end cap joints to meet the need of various engineering installations.

String wound cartridge filter

It is made of high filtration capacity textile fiber wined tightly within the string in the poly-porous core. The string material has polypropylene string, absorbent cotton string, acrylic fibre yarn, fiberglass. By controlling the winding tightness and the density of the yarn during winding, it is possible to produce filter cores with different precision, which can effectively remove suspended solids, particulate impurities, etc, various filter media fit with various liquids application.

Pleated cartridge filter 

Pleated filter is made of polypropylene, hydrophobic PTFE. Nylon, polyethersulfone membrane media and non-woven support material, the material of cage and end caps are polypropylene, with small volume, a large filtration area, high precision, etc. features. Filtration accuracy can range from 0.1 um to 60 um. The filter end cap seal and the integral structural connection are all thermally welded without the uses of glues or adhesives to prevent any possibility of pollution. The filter connector is of three international types: 222 connector, 226 adapters, flat end cap. The products undergo rigorous and complete testing before leaving the factory to ensure stable performance.

Carbon cartridge filter

Sintered activated carbon filter is shaped by mixing activated carbon powder material and macro-molecule hot melt pore forming material, pouring into a special mold, and sintered at a 200-300 high temperatures. It has adsorption, filtration, interception and catalysis features, which have high effectively remove organic matter, residual chlorine and other radioactive substances in water, and has effects on Decolorization and odor removal. 

Titanium cartridge filter

Titanium filter has acid & alkali corrosion, high temperature resistant, high strength, easy to ensure filtration accuracy, easy to regenerate, etc. Titanium water filter is formed by titanium powder sintered at high temperature , not easy to fall off, the working temperature can up to 500 ~ 600℃ in air, suitable for filtering various corrosive media, such as, hydroxide, seawater, other liquids filtration of chloride solutions such as iron, copper, sodium. 

It has excellent mechanical properties, can be machined by cutting, welding, etc, with high compressive strength, max.Operating pressure differential up to 2 MPA. Even if it is working under high temperature and high pressure, the filter will not be deformed. Its filtration precision has guaranteed, the porosity is up to 35~45%, the pore size distribution is uniform, large dirt capacity, and the regeneration method is simple, and can be reused after regeneration.

Stainless steel cartridge filter

Stainless steel filter features：
