Coal chemical wastewater treatment utilizes biochemical wastewater treatment technology External circulation (EC) anaerobic multi-stage aerobic biochemical combination technology to treat crushed coal pressurized gasification wastewater with high treatment efficiency and significant economic, environmental and social benefits. The specific technical route of the biochemical wastewater treatment technology is that the coal chemical wastewater is sent to the anaerobic system for treatment after extraction and removal of phenol and ammonia recovery. Under the action of anaerobic bacteria, the release of organic nitrogen in the wastewater is realized. The process of decomposition of refractory organic matter and methane production improves the aerobic biochemical performance of wastewater and reduces the difficulty of subsequent process treatment. The effluent of the anaerobic process is evenly mixed with domestic sewage and then flows into the biological enrichment hypoxic oxidation tank. The coal chemical wastewater treated by the anaerobic system can greatly improve the biochemical performance. In the state of low oxygen, the biological enrichment and hypoxia can be greatly improved. The biological filler in the oxidation tank is fixed with a rich biological flora to achieve a coexistence environment of membrane organisms and suspended microorganisms, which can quickly and effectively degrade organic pollutants in wastewater and realize part of the ammonia nitrogen nitrification process. The effluent from the bioconcentration low-oxygen oxidation tank flows into the biological denitrification process (including the A/O section and the ammonia removal section), and special denitrification fillers are added to the deammonia tank to help nitrifying bacteria and denitrifying bacteria to grow on the filler. And reproduction, focusing on completing the nitrification and partial denitrification process of ammonia nitrogen in wastewater, and further reducing the concentration of pollutants in the wastewater. The effluent from the biological denitrification process flows into the coagulation sedimentation tank, and chemical agents are added to remove the color of the coal chemical wastewater and the remaining refractory organic matter; after the coagulation sedimentation tank enters the biological filter, the filler layer adsorbs and intercepts part of the wastewater The organic matter is difficult to degrade, and the microorganisms on the filter material further degrade these organic matter.
