PE and HDPE Sintered filter cartridge:

Sintered Porous Polyethylene (PE) products are the most commonly used plastic filter element in the world. Porous PE plastics is strong, lightweight thermoplastic with strong chemical (acids and alkali) resistance and wide micron rates from 1 to 200um. There’re Ultra-high molecular weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) and High-density Polyethylene (HDPE) available in tubes, sheets, rods and molded shapes available for different applications.

PTFE Sintered filter cartridge:

Micro Porous PTFE filter elements are produced by sintering pure PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) granules, no other substances are used in the construction. These filter elements are usually offered when only 100% pure disposable PTFE can be used. The advantage of PTFE is a higher maximum temperature, up to 200℃, and somewhat better chemical resistance. These filter elements should be ultrasonically cleaned to give best results.
