Drinking water source reserves supervision and management of pollution control

article 22 the environmental protection, water conservancy, geology and mineral resources, health, construction and other departments should be combined with their respective responsibilities, supervise and administer of drinking water sources protection zones for pollution prevention.

article 23 because of sudden accident cause or may cause pollution on the drinking water sources, immediate measures should be taken to eliminate pollution accident responsible and report on the local urban water supply, sanitation and epidemic prevention, environmental protection, water conservancy, geology and mineral resources departments and the competent department of this unit. By the environmental protection department according to the requirements of the local people's government shall organize relevant departments to investigate, when necessary after the approval of the local people's government to take compulsory measures to reduce the loss.
