Sintered mesh filter series ----

Main material of the sintered mesh filter adopts standard five-layer sintered mesh, 

which is made by using special process of lamination molding and vacuum sintering on five-layer 

stainless wire cloth. The filter is characterized by strong corrosion resistance, fine penetrability, high strength, 

easy washing and back washing, accurate filtration precision, clean filter material, solid mesh, etc. 

Main connection modes are standard interface (such as 222, 220 and 226), fast interface connection, thread, 

flange and pushing rod connection, special custom interface. The material has widely applied for the filtration 

of polyester,water treatment, oil product, pharmacy, foods and beverage, chemical industry, chemical fiber 

products and high-temperature air medium.

1.The standard five-layer mesh is composed of protective layer, precision control layer, dispersion layer, 

two strengthening layers. 

 2.High intensity: as the five-layer wire mesh is sintered, it is characterized by extremely high machinery 

strength and compressive strength.

3. High precision: It can realize uniform surface filtration for the material with 2-200um filtration granularit.

4. Heat resistance: It can be applied for the continuous filtration under -200  ~ 500 degree centigrade.

Filter cylinder series of high temperature dedusting sintered mesh ---

The traditional temperature dedusting method is to transfer the high temperature air into non-metal

filter bag through cooking system, however, the highest temperature of non-metal filter bag can only

260 degree centigrade, the high temperature resistance of sintered mesh filter cylinder that is made of multiple layer special stainless wire mesh will reach 600 degree centigrade, which overcomes the disavantages of traditional filter bag like non-fire resisting quality non renewability low intensity and bad

wear resistance.

Melt filter series ---

The melt filter is a folded stainless, whose main material adopts stainless fiber sintered felt and stainless wire 

cloth. The melt filter of sintered felt possesses such advantages as high porosity, large filtration area, strong 

discharge capacity, repeatability, stable shape, high shock resistant and alternating load capacity superior to 

other metal filtration materials. 

The melt filter of stainless wire cloth is characterized by high intensity, non-dropping ,easy cleaning, high 

temperature resistance, beneficial application, etc. The appliance scope: it is mainly used for the filtration 

of high polymer, drug, hydraulic oil, water treatment and high temperature air.

Micro filter series ---

The micro filter takes the material sintered mesh as material, by passing the vaccum electron beam welding, 

it can be applied to various servo-valve hydraulic oil or gas filtrations of hydraulic and gas control system. 

By substituting the bronze powder sintered filter(the first generation valve filter), framework covered metal 

mesh filter(the second generation valve filter) and import metal wire winding filter, the micro filter will make 

servo system much more stable and reliable characterized by high intensity, non dropping off of wire, easy 

cleaning, high temperature and corrosion resistance, facilitated installtion and beneficial application.
