Second level: granular activated carbon filter element-granular activated carbon with high adsorption properties, which can effectively absorb chlorine, odor, color and other substances in the water.
The third level: 1μmPPF filter element-1μmPPF filter element, which can more effectively remove small molecular particles in water.
Fourth level: RO membrane-a reverse osmosis membrane with a pore size of 0.0001 microns, which can effectively remove bacteria, toxins, heavy metal ions, salt and other harmful substances in the water.
Level 5: Rear activated carbon filter element-to improve the taste of pure water.
Signal to replace the filter element:
1. Water production is too slow: whether the filter element of the pre-filter or the reverse osmosis membrane is blocked;
2. Water is made too fast (a full bucket is made in less than an hour): the reverse osmosis membrane is damaged;
3. Poor taste: the life of the post activated carbon filter element has come; the removal rate of RO membrane is less than 75%: the life of the reverse osmosis membrane has come. The calculation formula of membrane removal rate is: RO membrane removal rate = (raw water TDS value-pure water TDS value)*100%/raw water TDS value

One, installation sequence
Full-automatic reverse osmosis water purifier is a facility for effective treatment of terminal tap water automatically controlled by a microcomputer, which is easy to install and use. When you buy or install the machine for users, in order to ensure the quality of installation, you can usually install it in the following order: install RO membrane → fiber filter element → precision activated carbon filter element → fiber filter element → perforate → install host → close main valve → install into Water tee → install water inlet straight → inlet water straight to the fiber filter water pipe → check whether the inlet water leaks → install the ball valve on the water storage bucket → gooseneck faucet → gooseneck faucet to the rear carbon outlet water pipe → waste water ratio to the sink water pipe → Rear activated carbon front-end water pipe → turn on the power → check the water quality → after the water quality is qualified and stable → connect the ball valve water pipe on the water storage bucket → make water → discharge water → remake water → end the installation.
2. Under the cabinet type water purifier installation
(1) Install RO membrane
Remove the RO membrane packaging film, remove the water pipe at the RO membrane housing cover, unscrew the RO membrane housing cover, insert one end of the two rubber seals into the stop in the RO membrane housing, rotate it and insert it to the bottom. Move the sealing ring of the end cap of the membrane shell to the threaded stop of the RO membrane shell first, then tighten the shell cover by hand, install the water pipe, and tighten it.
Check whether the elbow at the end cover is loose, if it is loose, remove it, wind 2-3 turns of the raw material tape, and then screw it back as it is.
Special attention: Wash your hands before unpacking the outer packaging of the RO membrane, and keep your hands clean during the installation process to avoid contamination of the RO membrane.
(二)Install the filter element
Remove the plastic packaging film, and insert the fiber filter element, the granular activated carbon filter element and the side of the fiber filter element with double sealing ring into the interface of the filter bottle cap in sequence. Put a little white petroleum jelly on the O-shaped rubber ring on the filter bottle along the periphery, screw on the filter bottle and tighten it by hand. When using a special wrench, the tightening process should be even and not too strong.
(3) Install a fixed host
1. Wall installation: Punch two holes with a diameter of 8 mm in the selected installation position. Put in the plastic expansion bolt that comes with the machine, screw in the screw, hang the host and tighten the screw.
2. Installation in the cabinet: It can be fixed without punching, just choose the position and put it firmly.
Whether it is installed on the wall or in the cabinet, the convenience of replacing the filter element and maintenance in the future should be considered. Especially when installing in the cabinet, the water dispenser should be installed outside the cabinet door.
3. Preparation for installing the gooseneck faucet: Install it at the location selected by the customer. If the gooseneck faucet is to be installed on the kitchen countertop, a hole with a diameter of 12 mm should be drilled on the countertop. If the gooseneck faucet is installed on the wall, two holes with a diameter of 6-8 mm should be drilled at the selected position according to the hole spacing of the bracket, and plastic expansion bolts shall be inserted, and the bracket shall be fixed on the wall with self-tapping screws , And then install the gooseneck faucet sequentially.
When drilling holes on the marble countertop, use a special drill and use a positioning plate for positioning. When drilling holes in imitation marble (synthetic material), use ordinary twist drills. Both of these two kinds of drilling use ordinary electric hand drills, and must not use impact drills.
4. Install the upper ball valve of the water storage bucket: Wrap 6 to 8 turns of sealing tape on the thread of the water storage bucket, screw in the upper ball valve, and then tighten the upper ball valve by hand. Place the storage bucket in an appropriate place.
5. Install the gooseneck faucet: When installing the gooseneck faucet, enlarge the soft rubber ring on the top, put the small soft rubber ring, hard rubber pressure plate, and metal washer on the bottom in turn, and then tighten the nut.
6. When installing the water pipe on the pure water machine, a pipe plug must be placed at the end of the pipe to prevent water leakage.
(四)Connect the water pipe
1. Tap water pipe
Close the main indoor valve. Install the water inlet tee and the water inlet at the water supply location selected by the user (included in the package), and install the rear water supply components. Use sealing tape for these three parts to prevent water leakage.
2. Water pipe on board
The nut at each interface on the host is marked with the name of the connecting part, and the installer should know it in advance. The water pipe carried by the water purifier is 5 meters. The user should take into account the length of each part of the water pipe, and the ends of the water pipes should be cut neatly at each location.
3. Straight water inlet-fiber filter element filter bottle cap water pipe:
Water inlet straight through: Unscrew the water inlet ball valve tightening nut, insert the water pipe into the nut, insert the water pipe into the water outlet of the inlet through (to the end), then tighten the nut, and turn the water inlet through to close position. Connect the other end to the upper end of the filter bottle cap of the fiber filter element (all the ends of the water pipe should use the supplied pipe plug, insert the pipe to the end, and tighten the plastic nut by hand).
Check the water leakage in all parts of the water purifier (open the main valve, turn on the rear water switch to discharge the sewage, turn off the rear water switch after the water is clear, and open the water inlet for inspection.
4. Gooseneck faucet-rear activated carbon outlet water pipe:
Gooseneck faucet: This interface should be fixed with a special tightening nut: insert the water pipe into the nut, then insert the water pipe into the sealing plastic rubber ring and make the water pipe exposed by 1-2 cm, insert the water pipe into the lower part of the gooseneck faucet, and then screw it. Tighten the nut (can be tightened with a spanner).
5. Rear activated carbon outlet: Install according to general water pipe connection.
6. ??Wastewater ratio-down sink water pipe:
The waste water ratio is installed according to the general water pipe connection method. The other end can be connected to the user's sewer (concentrated water can also be connected to other containers as general washing water).
7. Rear-mounted activated carbon front-end three-way-ball valve water pipe on the water storage bucket:
Here, it is installed according to the general water pipe connection method. Normally, the water pipe at the ball valve on the water storage bucket can be temporarily disconnected, and then connected after the water quality inspection is completed.
