This filter cartridge is made of textile fiber (polypropylene string, Absorbent cotton string, acrylic fiber yarn, fiberglass). According to the specified precess, it is winded tightly with the string in the polyporous core, structured by loose outer layers and tight inner layers, the filter cartridge porous outside it is big, inside it is small, it has the true deep filtration effect, it can remove the suspension, rust, particles, etc.
Big jumbo string wound water filter is designed for the removal of sediment, sands, dirt and rust from raw water. 10 20 30 40 inch length size is available, outer diameter is 110mm, inner diameter 28mm/30mm.
The rated temperature is up to 165℉, polypropylene yarn construction for excellent chemical resistance.
The fiberglass wire wound filter cartridge is a kind of deep filtration. It is made of glass fiber according to a specific winding process by different winding methods. The glass fiber wire wound filter adopts the structure of inner tight outer pine.
