Sewage filtration and purification series

MBR is a new type of high-efficiency sewage filtration and purification series process that combines high-efficiency membrane separation technology with traditional activated sludge method. It uses a submerged membrane module with a unique structure to be placed in the aeration tank. Gas and biologically treated water are pumped out after being filtered through a membrane by a pump. It is very different from the traditional sewage treatment method. It replaces the secondary sedimentation tank and the tertiary treatment process in the traditional biochemical process. Due to the existence of the membrane, the solid-liquid separation capability of the system is greatly improved, so that the effluent quality and volumetric load of the system can be obtained. Greatly improved, combined with different processes, the effluent can reach the standard of landscape water or miscellaneous water. Due to the filtration effect of the membrane, the microorganisms are completely trapped in the bioreactor, the hydraulic retention time and the activated sludge sludge age are completely separated, and the sludge bulking problem in the traditional activated sludge process is eliminated. The membrane bioreactor has the advantages of high removal efficiency of pollutants, strong nitrification capacity, simultaneous nitrification, denitrification and denitrification, stable effluent quality, low excess sludge output, compact equipment, and simple operation. At present, the sewage filtration and purification series are widely used in the treatment and reuse of domestic sewage and various biochemical industrial wastewater.
