It is made from ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (PE-UHMW), a material with a molecular weight of ≥3 million, offering excellent impact resistance, corrosion resistance, and self-lubrication. Manufactured through a precise high-temperature, high-pressure sintering process, its porosity can be flexibly adjusted between 10% and 50%, with pore sizes ranging from 0.5 to 200 μm. Don’t underestimate these micro-pores—they ensure uniform flow of gases or liquids, making them extremely practical in many applications!

In gas distribution applications, such as fluidized bed reactors and blast furnace coal powder injection systems, it ensures exceptionally uniform gas distribution. For liquid filtration, it excels in precision filtration of highly corrosive media like sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide, demonstrating unmatched resistance to acid and alkali corrosion. In environmental protection and water treatment, it serves as a reverse osmosis pre-treatment filter plate, efficiently removing suspended solids from water. In exhaust gas treatment towers, it functions as a bubble plate, significantly enhancing gas-liquid contact efficiency. Additionally, it complies with FDA standards, ensuring product purity in terminal sterilization filtration for beverages and pharmaceutical solutions. In flat plate vulcanizers, it can also serve as a heating plate or support plate, with high-temperature resistance (≤120°C) and uniform pressure distribution.

In terms of performance, it exhibits exceptional corrosion resistance, capable of withstanding pH levels ranging from 1 to 14 in acidic or alkaline environments. It performs reliably in highly corrosive conditions such as chemical processing and electroplating. It also boasts an exceptionally long service life, with a friction coefficient of 0.1 to 0.3 and outstanding resistance to particle erosion, offering a service life over three times longer than that of metal filters. It is also exceptionally lightweight, with a density of just 0.93–0.98 g/cm³, making cutting and drilling easy. It can even be perfectly adapted to non-standard equipment. In terms of safety and environmental protection, it is non-toxic and compliant with RoHS standards, making it safe for use in clean industries such as food and pharmaceuticals.
