The high flow replacement filter cartridge series designed to be used in the different filter housings which contains 1-37 filter cartridges. It can be used for different flow rate request. The large diameter with big filter area insures to reduce the number of filter cartridges and the dimension of housing required. This filter cartridges has various applications on water treatment system. Higher dirt holding capacity and longer service life with further specifications of the large industrial water plant projects.
Most of the raw materials are imported from abroad.Pleated filter element is a kind of deep filtration filter,it is usuaslly used as liquid overheating,clarification, filtration and terminal filter.
It has the following characteristics: the superfine polypropylene fiber membrane as the filtration medium, low pressure differential, high flux, good filtration precision, lower economic cost.
The whole structure of polypropylene, end cover, housing and center pole adopts polypropylene material; It adopts the hot melt welding process, PP and PP melt bonding,without any binder.
It has wide range of chemical compatibility, and also has a series of pore size and form a variety of interface.Material: Pleated filter, Support layer, End-cover, Inside & Outside cylinder are polypropylene.
Welding: It adopts the uniquehot melting methods, no glue, no foreign body fall off.
Typical use: Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemical, Electronics, Environmental protection, etc.
Microporous membrane pleated filter cartridge main features: High interception rate, high liquidity, low pressure differential and a wide range of chemical compatibility;

The large diameter with big filter area insures to reduce the number of filter cartridges and the dimension of housing required. This filter cartridges has various applications on water treatment system. Higher dirt holding capacity and longer service life with further specifications of the large industrial water plant projects.
General Description
The LY-HFPK filter cartridge series is a replacement cartridges for the depth filtration and 2-1/2” diameter cartridges for the high flow applications. Pre-filtration for RO system is an example.The Lvyuan filter pleated design with high flow area and contamination removal capacity. This design helps end user to reduce capital investment, save space, and easy to change-out and etc. Up to 1300LPM flow rate per filter cartridge reduced the number of filter cartridges and the dimension of the filter housing required. Water treatment volume per super-high flow filter cartridge equals to 10x40” length, 2-1/2” diameter filter cartridges. Inner O-ring insures no by pass and handle design makes the installation easier.

The LY-HFPL filter cartridge is a new product developed by Lvyuan Water Purification Equipment Co.,Ltd. In Guangzhou China. It has a 6 inch/152mm large diameter, it is made of 100% polypropylene media.The strong hard cage enables the high water flow filters to undertake a larger operation pressure during filtration process. The large diameter with big filter area insures to reduce the number of filter cartridges and the dimension of housing required. The long service life and high flow rate result in low investment and less manpower in many applications. This kind of LY-HFPL product has various applications on water treatment.
