Instead of 3 m horizontal folding water filter how to install and cleaning?

For 3 m horizontally folded water filter, its installation method is more special, different from general water filter, would be more complicated to install, pay attention to more details.
3 m horizontally folded water filter installation process and methods:
the o-rings with grease or water wetting, gently insert filter element pour into water filter, filter element to straighten good groove.
the end of the filter element folding filter inserted after all fin with a stainless steel orifice pressure, and the self-contained wire fixed need not be too tight, prevent stress variant.
the folded filter itself has been through high temperature sterilization, do not contact with filter by hand.
as a wash filter and a half hours before use.
boot or shutdown, the need to gently turn the valves, don't turn on or off, lest make the filter is damaged when pressure is high.

1, on the production line, generally choose backwash:
close concentrate and filtration liquid tube first switch, bacteria in water wash, from the original input, at the exit from import or lower part of filter tap hole eduction, backwash to have pressure but not too much, usually around 5 kg.
2, will filter down to in the cleaning fluid for cleaning, soak in repeated washing. Cleaning fluid generally available:
(1) sodium hydroxide, 0. 1N NaOH；
②1- 2% citric acid water flux or 0. 1 n oxalic acid solvent, 0. 1 n hydrochloric acid solvent;
3. Enzyme solvents and other solvents, cleaning, general temperature control in the 30 - 40 degrees.
note: filtration concentrate relatively high protein content such as draft beer, such as nutrient solution in the filter cleaning must be done after high temperature disinfection, to prevent protein film hole high temperature condensed jams.
