The replacement process of the 10-inch pp filter element: 1. Close the water inlet three-way ball valve (note: the ball valve is closed when it is in a vertical state with the three-way). 2. Unplug the two hoses at both ends of the front transparent bottle, and note the connection direction of the hoses. How to pull out the hose: Press the snap ring at the top of the white quick connector with your fingers and pull out the hose at the same time. Note: When pulling out the tube, be sure to hold the retaining ring first, and then pull out the hose. 3. Turn the black end of the front transparent bottle down and control the water inside. 4. Use an adjustable wrench to unscrew the white quick connector at the water outlet of the pre-filter (marked with OUT). Insert a flat-blade screwdriver from the water outlet (with the OUT mark) into the black cover as a left-hand grip. 5. Place the front transparent bottle horizontally on the ground in front of it, and put the special wrench on the bottle body from the bottom of the transparent bottle body. Hold the screwdriver in your left hand and the special wrench handle in your right hand. Unscrew the filter bottle firmly with the right hand toward the inside of the body. Tips: If the cover is too tight to rotate, please soak one end of the black cover in boiling water for two minutes. Using the principle of thermal expansion and contraction, it is easy to rotate. Be careful to only soak the black cover. 6. Take out the old filter element, And clean the inside of the filter bottle and the filter bottle cap. Insert a new filter element of the same specification (pay attention to removing the plastic wrapping paper on the surface of the new filter element), screw on the black cover (avoid shifting the O-ring rubber ring), and rotate the special wrench handle to the outside of the body according to step 5, Tighten the filter bottle further. 7. Tighten the white quick connector with an adjustable wrench. Insert the white hose into the water inlet of the pre-filter (marked with IN) and the other hose into the water outlet (marked with OUT). To insert the hose as far as it will go, pull the hose out slightly so that the snap ring holds the hose tightly. 8. Place the pre-filter bottle vertically and adjust the position, open the water inlet three-way ball valve, and then open the faucet. After a few minutes of water discharge, check the connections of the machine to ensure that the water purification equipment can be used normally after no leakage.
