Large flow filter replacement method, if the replacement of large flow water filter?

2。 Before you open the filter cover, need to open the mouth pressure tank pressure release. Open the drain at the bottom of the mouth, make sure all empty in the filter. When there is no liquid flowed from drain filters for completely empty.
3。 Ensure o-rings installed at the bottom end cover of the slot. The O ring is not to be reused, validation and process chemistry and compatibility of the temperature of the fluid. O-rings are available in a variety of material selection, the design that is compatible with most of the manufacturing process.
4。 Insert the cartridge on the center column. Will filter into the shell until fully in place. Ensure correct installation to filter the seats. Can gently twist the handle before and after, at the same time to push the cartridge into the shell.
5。 Hang on the handle, slowly clockwise rotating filter, until it stops ( 90 degrees) 。 At this point, the o-rings are completely into the card slot. Maximum allowable torque of 100 inch pound, in order to ensure that the cartridge is locked in place, can gently pull the cartridge, just like to turn it. If the filter is loose, please repeat steps 3 and 4. For multiple filter filter, please note that all filter handle during normal use for the same direction.
